    Subscribers setting up – in 3 days at the most. in case of a longer setting up period, the setting up shall be free of cost

    Malfunctioning remedy – the complaint shall be answered in one day after the reception, otherwise, the company shall pay remedies;

    Tariffs

    Subscriptions – they decrease by the amount due for the broadcasting interruption time intervals, if these periods are longer than one day and are not caused by the interruption of the electric power or by other causes that are not strictly related to the cable operator.

    Facilities – for some categories economically disadvantaged

    Communication with subscribers

    Is made by at least one of the following means:
    - Telephone calls (controller point) in case of complaints
    - Individual notices
    - Own channel
    - Local press

    Important information is displayed in the public relations points or in pay offices

    Tariffs modification – is notified at least one month before

    Programs chart modification - is notified at least one month before

    (Observation: the one month time interval allows subscribers to opt before being compelled by contract to pay the service)

    Technical reviews or modernization works that interrupt the broadcasting signal are notified at least one day before
